One of our working directions is an arrangement of all types of flat roofs. We use bitumen-roller waterproofing membranes, spread waterproofing PVC membranes produced by the world’s known companies.
Bitumen membranes made of bitumen based glass-like tissue, as well as its fiber and polymer cloth are mostly used for waterproofing Flat roofs. These materials are manufactured in rolls. Usually the width of a roll is 1 m and a length from 5 to 15 meters. Roll's weights from 20 kg to 38 kg.
High-quality material retains flexibility for a long period of time, it does not deform and does not show micro cracks, it is characterized by a high coefficient of stretch, distinguishes by environmental and mechanical stability towards damage (natural events, change in temperature, etc.)
Quality is a core value for MODERNROOFING which is why we mainly use SBS modified bitumen polymeric materials in our work.
The warranty period for flat roofs varies from 10 up to 50 years in terms high-quality materials and highly skilled craftsmen.
